Local Community Development:
Establish a thriving local chapter of women in Hampton Roads, Virginia (DGHTERS CNNCT 757), to foster deep relationships, spiritual growth, and service to others.
JOIN DC community
International Expansion:
Grow DGHTERS CNNCT into an international network, connecting women across the globe to share faith, resources, and support.
Chapter Network:
Develop a model for establishing local chapters of DGHTERS CNNCT worldwide, empowering women to follow a blueprint of connection, purpose, and service to advance the mission.
Membership Community:
Create a dynamic and supportive membership community that fosters deep relationships, spiritual growth, and personal development, while equipping women to walk in their God-given purpose.
Evangelism & Outreach:
Spread the gospel to bring women and girls into the Kingdom of God, affirming their identities as daughters of the King and empowering them to live out their faith.
Engagement & Connection Points:
Create and maintain multiple touchpoints for connection.
Mentorship Programs:
Develop mentorship programs tailored to different age groups, providing guidance and support on various life challenges.
Leadership Development:
Establish a strong leadership team to manage various programs and objectives, placing women in positions aligned with their gifts and strengths.
