Objective: Strengthen our mentorship programs and build strategic partnerships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Dghters Cnnct Mentorship Programs, including:
Mentor-Partner Outreach: Establish relationships with organizations for mentorship opportunities.
Mentor-Mentee Pairing: Match mentees with mentors based on faith, life stages, and personal goals.
Session Coordination: Schedule and organize 6-8 week mentorship sessions ensuring structured guidance.
Manage the DC “Mommy & Me” Program, which provides resources and faith-based support for mothers.
Lead community service initiatives to deepen our impact.
📌 Evangelism & Global Outreach Director
Objective: Lead outreach efforts to spread the Gospel locally, nationally, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize local evangelism initiatives, including prayer walks and outreach events.
Develop statewide and global outreach programs, fostering missions and faith-based service opportunities.
Lead social media ministry efforts, ensuring Gospel-centered messaging across digital platforms.
Plan collaborations and mission trips to expand our presence beyond the U.S.
Work with other directors to integrate faith-centered outreach into all programs.
📌 Public Relations & Branding Director
Objective: Build a strong, faith-filled brand that reaches and resonates with women everywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Manage content creation, including graphics, videos, and storytelling.
Develop press and media strategies to increase visibility.
Work closely with event planners to ensure cohesive branding across all materials.
Create marketing campaigns that highlight our mission, values, and initiatives.
